Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Industrial Investment, Financial Services and Agriculture & Food sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 1.69%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company (SE:4001), which rose 9.36% or 6.40 points to trade at 74.80 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Ceramic Co. (SE:2040) added 6.67% or 1.75 points to end at 28.00 and Banque Saudi Fransi (SE:1050) was up 5.03% or 1.70 points to 35.50 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Arabian Pipes Company (SE:2200), which fell 2.18% or 0.28 points to trade at 12.58 at the close. Red Sea Housing Services Company (SE:4230) declined 1.71% or 0.22 points to end at 12.66 and Filing & Packing Materials Co. (SE:2180) was down 1.15% or 0.30 points to 25.90.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 143 to 39 and 12 ended unchanged.
Shares in Saudi Ceramic Co. (SE:2040) rose to 52-week highs; up 6.67% or 1.75 to 28.00. Shares in Red Sea Housing Services Company (SE:4230) fell to all time lows; falling 1.71% or 0.22 to 12.66.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.90% or 0.51 to $57.05 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 0.97% or 0.60 to hit $62.73 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 1.13% or 17.05 to trade at $1494.05 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.33% to 4.1586, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7502.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.27% at 97.625.
