Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the Real Estate Development, Transport and Petrochemicals sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.32%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Steel Pipe Company (TADAWUL:1320), which rose 10.00% or 6.10 points to trade at 67.10 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Chemical Company (TADAWUL:2230) added 9.94% or 0.54 points to end at 5.97 and East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry (TADAWUL:1321) was up 9.93% or 13.40 points to 148.40 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Arabian Contracting Services Company CJSC (TADAWUL:4071), which fell 10.00% or 25.80 points to trade at 232.20 at the close. Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co (TADAWUL:1111) declined 3.91% or 10.00 points to end at 246.00 and Saudi Research and Marketing Group (TADAWUL:4210) was down 2.78% or 7.20 points to 251.60.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 173 to 106 and 22 ended unchanged.
Shares in Saudi Steel Pipe Company (TADAWUL:1320) rose to all time highs; gaining 10.00% or 6.10 to 67.10. Shares in Saudi Chemical Company (TADAWUL:2230) rose to 5-year highs; gaining 9.94% or 0.54 to 5.97. Shares in East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry (TADAWUL:1321) rose to all time highs; gaining 9.93% or 13.40 to 148.40.
Crude oil for April delivery was down 1.37% or 1.08 to $77.85 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 1.10% or 0.91 to hit $82.05 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.97% or 21.00 to trade at $2,186.20 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.09% to 4.10, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.06% at 102.33.
