Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Transport, Telecoms & IT and Real Estate Development sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.07% to hit a new 52-week high.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were BURUJ COOPERATIVE INSURANCE CO (SE:8270), which rose 7.88% or 2.30 points to trade at 31.50 at the close. Meanwhile, National Agriculture Development Co (SE:6010) added 6.48% or 2.20 points to end at 36.15 and United Int Transportation Company (SE:4260) was up 4.78% or 1.50 points to 32.90 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were AXA Cooperative Insurance Company (SE:8250), which fell 4.20% or 1.00 points to trade at 22.80 at the close. Savola Group (SE:2050) declined 3.77% or 1.50 points to end at 38.30 and Al Sorayai Trading&Industrial Group (SE:1213) was down 3.22% or 0.58 points to 17.42.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 87 to 83 and 15 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for July delivery was up 0.12% or 0.08 to $65.89 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 0.35% or 0.27 to hit $76.52 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.18% or 2.40 to trade at $1301.70 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.46% to 4.3932, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.7502.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.38% at 93.80.
