Investing.com – Morocco stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Construction & Building Materials, Chemicals and Real Estate sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Casablanca, the Moroccan All Shares fell 1.56%.
The best performers of the session on the Moroccan All Shares were Dari Couspate SA (CS:DRI), which rose 5.96% or 87 points to trade at 1545 at the close. Meanwhile, BMCI (CS:BMCI) added 3.41% or 21 points to end at 648 and Promopharm S.A. (CS:PRO) was up 3.21% or 45 points to 1445 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Delattre Levivier Maroc (CS:DLM), which fell 6.00% or 14.10 points to trade at 220.90 at the close. IB Maroc Com SA (CS:IBC) declined 5.93% or 3.44 points to end at 54.52 and Managem (CS:MNG) was down 5.69% or 51 points to 844.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Casablanca Stock Exchange by 33 to 11 and 9 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for June delivery was up 0.52% or 0.25 to $47.97 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 0.25% or 0.12 to hit $49.09 a barrel, while the June Gold contract rose 0.15% or 1.95 to trade at $1276.15 a troy ounce.
EUR/MAD was down 0.05% to 10.9330, while USD/MAD fell 0.15% to 9.6515.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.10% at 94.44.
