Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Real Estate, Technology and Insurance sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 fell 0.39%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:ENOG), which rose 4.08% or 236.00 points to trade at 6,016.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Corp Ltd (TASE:BEZQ) added 3.44% or 20.80 points to end at 625.80 and Delek Group (TASE:DLEKG) was up 2.91% or 1,530.00 points to 54,060.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Mivne Real Estate KD Ltd (TASE:MVNE), which fell 3.51% or 40.00 points to trade at 1,100.00 at the close. Energix (TASE:ENRG) declined 3.44% or 44.00 points to end at 1,236.00 and Amot Investments Ltd (TASE:AMOT) was down 3.39% or 75.00 points to 2,140.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 338 to 146 and 30 ended unchanged.
Shares in Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:ENOG) rose to all time highs; rising 4.08% or 236.00 to 6,016.00. Shares in Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Corp Ltd (TASE:BEZQ) rose to 5-year highs; up 3.44% or 20.80 to 625.80.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 2.58% or 2.27 to $85.63 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 2.09% or 1.96 to hit $91.81 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.25% or 4.15 to trade at $1,640.65 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.26% to 3.52, while EUR/ILS fell 1.07% to 3.48.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.74% at 111.43.
