(Reuters) - Manufacturers of the 10 prescription drugs subject to price negotiations for the U.S. Medicare program have signed on to participate in the talks by the Oct. 1 deadline even as Novo Nordisk (NYSE:NVO) filed a lawsuit to halt the process.At least nine lawsuits were filed between June and late September seeking to block the price negotiation, arguing that the law and forced price cuts would violate various amendments to the U.S. constitution.
