Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Healthcare sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 0.06%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were A.P. Moller - Maersk A (CO:MAERSKa), which rose 1.05% or 100 points to trade at 9620 at the close. Meanwhile, Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb) added 0.89% or 4.5 points to end at 508.0 and Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) was up 0.77% or 2.4 points to 313.2 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which fell 2.35% or 20.0 points to trade at 829.5 at the close. DSV (CO:DSV) declined 1.26% or 4.2 points to end at 330.0 and Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) was down 1.20% or 3.3 points to 271.6.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 76 to 63 and 23 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for October delivery was down 1.78% or 0.85 to $46.79 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 1.69% or 0.85 to hit $49.30 a barrel, while the December Gold contract rose 0.05% or 0.65 to trade at $1326.55 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.09% to 6.6614, while EUR/DKK fell 0.09% to 7.4450.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.19% at 95.66.
