Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Chemicals, Oil & Gas and Consumer Services sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 0.16%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Genmab (CO:GEN), which rose 2.82% or 29.0 points to trade at 1058.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) added 2.61% or 11.2 points to end at 440.0 and FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) was up 1.94% or 7.0 points to 368.3 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which fell 1.11% or 7.5 points to trade at 668.0 at the close. Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) declined 0.95% or 3.0 points to end at 312.0 and Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb) was down 0.87% or 3.1 points to 351.4.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 84 to 49 and 10 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for February delivery was down 0.20% or 0.12 to $60.30 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 0.54% or 0.36 to hit $66.51 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.31% or 4.00 to trade at $1313.30 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.39% to 6.1780, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4442.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.42% at 91.60.
