Luka Doncic outscored Stephen Curry for the first time in five career head-to-heads and Dallas ran off a franchise-record 28 consecutive points bridging the first and second quarters as the Mavericks pounded the Golden State Warriors 133-103 on Tuesday in San Francisco.
Doncic had a game-high 39 points and five other players scored in double figures for the Mavericks, who earned their fourth win in five games.
The blowout was Dallas' third straight in the two-year history of San Francisco's Chase Center. The Mavericks, who have never lost in the building, blitzed the Warriors by 20 and 27 points last season.
Curry, who scored 57 points the last time the teams met in Dallas in February, finished with a team-high 27. Mychal Mulder added 26 points for the Warriors, who had won their previous two games.
Nets 116, Raptors 103
Recent 10-day contract signee Mike James fueled a fourth-quarter rally, and a balanced effort helped Brooklyn clinch a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference with a victory over Toronto in Tampa.
Kevin Durant was one of seven Nets to score in double-figures with 17 points, and added a team-high 10 rebounds. Jeff Green paced Brooklyn with 22 points and Joe Harris added 16 points.
Kyle Lowry shot 6 of 9 from outside en route to a game-high 24 points for the Raptors, and OG Anunoby shot 3 of 5 behind the line to finish with 21 points. Toronto went just 15 of 43 as a team, however, and 36 of 91 from the floor overall.
Bucks 114, Hornets 104
Giannis Antetokounmpo compiled 29 points, 12 rebounds and eight assists as Milwaukee held off host Charlotte.
It marked the Bucks' first win in three tries against the Hornets this season.
Brook Lopez provided 22 points and Khris Middleton finished with 17 points for the Bucks (38-23). Bryn Forbes tacked on 15 points in a reserve role, and Jrue Holiday ended up with 12 points and 10 rebounds.
Trail Blazers 133, Pacers 112
Anfernee Simons' 27 points on 9-of-10 shooting from 3-point range led a dominant effort by Portland during a win over Indiana.
The Blazers snapped a five-game losing streak as seven players scored in double figures, including Damian Lillard (23 points) and CJ McCollum (20).
The nine made triples were a career high for Simons and the scoring output was the second-highest ever for the Blazers' 2018 first-round pick.
Thunder 119, Celtics 115
Luguentz Dort scored 24 points, Darius Bazley had 21 with 10 rebounds and Oklahoma City avoided a franchise-record 15-game losing streak with a victory over host Boston.
Ty Jerome and Isaiah Roby supplied 15 points apiece for the Thunder, who won for the first time since March 31 despite 27 turnovers.
Jaylen Brown had 39 points and 11 rebounds and Payton Pritchard added a career-high 28 points for the Celtics, who lost their third straight. Boston played without Jayson Tatum (ankle), Kemba Walker (oblique) and Robert Williams (NYSE:WMB) III (knee).
Timberwolves 114, Rockets 107
Karl-Anthony Towns recorded 31 points, seven rebounds and five assists before fouling out, and he led Minnesota to a victory over host Houston.
Juancho Hernangomez added 22 points on 8-of-12 shooting off the bench as Minnesota increased its winning streak to a season-best three games. The Timberwolves snapped a 14-game losing skid in Houston with its first road win in the series since Feb. 17, 2012.
Kelly Olynyk scored 28 points on 12-of-17 shooting and also had nine rebounds and five assists for NBA-worst Houston, which has lost five straight games, 10 of its past 11 and 37 of its last 41.
