* Probe concerns Superenalotto game
* Sisal says game follows regulator's procedures
* Says will give regulator all requested info
(Adds Sisal comment, background)
ROME, July 28 (Reuters) - Italy's antitrust watchdog said on Tuesday it was opening a probe into gaming operator Sisal, a smaller competitor of Lottomatica SpA, on suspicion of abuse of market dominance in its Superenalotto game.
Sisal, which is not bourse-listed, has seen a boom in its Superenalotto game as the top prize has climbed to more than 100 million euros ($143 million) and one analyst has said this success could result in more players switching from Lottomatica's Lotto game.
The antitrust authority said in a statement that Sisal was suspected of stopping competitors from getting online to seek clients among Superenalotto players.
Sisal said in a statement that the online inflow of bets for the game was being organised according to its concession and in accordance with procedures set out by the requlator.
Sisal said it would give the antitrust authority all the documents and information it requested.
Online betting in Italy was 1.8 billion euros in the first half of the year, according to the AAMS data. There was no contribution from Superenalotto.
Total bets in the same period were 26.3 billion euros. ($1=.7004 Euro) (Additional reporting by Nigel Tutt; editing by Karen Foster)
