Investing.com - XRP was trading at $0.22533 by 10:17 (15:17 GMT) on the Investing.com Index on Wednesday, up 20.45% on the day. It was the largest one-day percentage gain since December 24.

The move upwards pushed XRP's market cap up to $10.19375B, or 1.37% of the total cryptocurrency market cap. At its highest, XRP's market cap was $31.58403B.

XRP had traded in a range of $0.19217 to $0.23025 in the previous twenty-four hours.

Over the past seven days, XRP has seen a drop in value, as it lost 33.98%. The volume of XRP traded in the twenty-four hours to time of writing was $12.29160B or 5.95% of the total volume of all cryptocurrencies. It has traded in a range of $0.1743 to $0.3826 in the past 7 days.

At its current price, XRP is still down 93.15% from its all-time high of $3.29 set on January 4, 2018.

Elsewhere in cryptocurrency trading

Bitcoin was last at $28,210.8 on the Investing.com Index, up 5.73% on the day.

Ethereum was trading at $734.47 on the Investing.com Index, a gain of 2.15%.

Bitcoin's market cap was last at $521.85194B or 69.96% of the total cryptocurrency market cap, while Ethereum's market cap totaled $83.56807B or 11.20% of the total cryptocurrency market value.
