Investing.com - Natural gas futures were higher during the European session on Wednesday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for November delivery traded at USD3.139 per million British thermal units at time of writing rising 1.08%.
It earlier traded at a session high USD3.154 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD2.791 and resistance at USD3.154.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.26% to trade at USD79.95.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for November delivery fell 0.95% to trade at USD90.50 a barrel while Heating oil for November delivery fell 0.93% to trade at USD3.0779 per gallon.
