Biography	Mathieu Bouthot is primarily responsible for the portfolio advisory services provided to the Desjardins SocieTerra Short-Term Income Fund. He is responsible for managing short-term mandates and specializes in managing overlay portfolios and in monitoring and analyzing bond rate developments. Mr. Bouthot was a settlement agent with the portfolio manager from 2003 to 2005 before becoming a performance advisor with the compliance and monitoring department in 2006-2007. Biography	Mr. Scheer is President and Chief Investment Officer of Baker Gilmore & Associates Inc. Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Mr. Scheer was President and founder of Scheer Rowlett & Associates Inc., an affiliated company of the Connor Clark & Lunn Financial Group. Mr. Scheer has a background in economics and has over 24 years experience in portfolio management of fixed income securities, including research on credits.
