The product seeks to track the performance of the NASDAQ-100 3x Inverse Total Return Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology by entering into swap agreements. The index seeks to track thrice the inverse of the daily performance of the NASDAQ-100 Total Return Index. It represents the public equity markets across the globe. The index takes short positions to include the stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors excluding financial sector. It represents the stocks of large-cap companies. The ETP will mature on November 30, 2062. Wisdomtree Multi Asset Issuer PLC - Wisdomtree Nasdaq 100 3x Daily Short ETP was formed on December 13, 2012 and is domiciled in Ireland.
