Amundi ETF MSCI Europe Consumer Staples UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Amundi Asset Management. It invests in the public equity markets of developed markets in Europe. The fund uses derivatives such as swaps to invest in the stocks of companies operating in the consumer staples sector, which include foodstuffs and pharmaceuticals distribution, foodstuffs, beverages and tobacco, household goods, and personal care. It invests in the stocks of large-cap and mid-cap companies. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the MSCI Europe Consumer Staples Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology. It was formerly known as Amundi ETF MSCI Europe Consumer Staples. Amundi ETF MSCI Europe Consumer Staples UCITS ETF was formed on November 19, 2008 and is domiciled in France.
