Ghitha Holding P.J.S.C, an investment holding company, engages in the provision of management and investment services in diversified projects and businesses in the United Arab Emirates. The company also offers rearing, hatching, feed processing, and sale of poultry products; provides land cultivation, land-reclaimed farming, raising livestock, and other farming and livestock related services; and wholesale and retail sale of fresh fish and marine animals. In addition, it manufactures basic organic chemical acids, plastic bottles and related containers, and plastic closures articles; clinkers and hydraulic cements; and vegetable oils. Further, the company engages in the wholesale of cement products; trading and retail sale of computer systems and software; and provision of camps and labor accommodation, and facilities management services, as well as onshore and offshore oil and gas fields and facilities services. Additionally, it is involved in the sale and rental of tents and shades; development and construction of real estate properties; operation of tennis clubs; land, marine, air shipment and clearance; agricultural crop trading; marine machine and equipment repair and maintenance; land-based aquaculture; production of tents pavilions; organizing events; and providing interior design works and building cleaning services. The company was formerly known as Zee Stores PJSC and changed its name to Ghitha Holding P.J.S.C in January 2022. Ghitha Holding P.J.S.C was founded in 2002 and is based in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates. Ghitha Holding P.J.S.C operates as a subsidiary of IHC Food Holding LLC.
