ZB Financial Holdings Limited provides various financial products and services in Zimbabwe. The company offers savings, executive, heritage, stash, and current accounts; diaspora and agent banking; and personal, mortgage, and home improvement loans, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises loans. It also provides corporate banking products; mortgages; treasury products, including money market and foreign exchange products; investment advisory services, financial advisory services, such as public offerings, acquisitions and disposals, takeovers and mergers, privatization/commercialization advice, joint venture advice, management buy-outs, and valuation advice. In addition, the company offers international banking services comprises correspondent banking, import and export letter of credit, exchange control and advisory services, documentary collections, documentary letter of credit, and foreign lines of credit; Internet and mobile banking, and automated teller machine services; and debit cards, credit cards, and prepaid cards. Further, it provides life assurance services; and re-insurance services for fire, engineering, motor, marine, miscellaneous accident, fidelity guarantee, and bond and guarantee classes, as well as glass, money, and casualty business, including liabilities and personal accident classes. The company was formerly known as Zimbabwe Financial Holdings Limited and changed its name to ZB Financial Holdings Limited in October 2006. ZB Financial Holdings Limited was founded in 1951 and is headquartered in Harare, Zimbabwe.
