It employs a combination of fundamental and quantitative analysis with a bottom-up stock picking approach to create its portfolio. The fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against a composite benchmark consisting of 55% MSCI Europe Index and 45% MSCI All Country Asia Pacific ex-Japan Index. Voya International High Dividend Equity Income Fund was formed on September 25, 2007 and is domiciled in the United States.
