Vinacomin - Machinery Joint Stock Company engages in the manufacture and sale of construction and mining machinery in Vietnam. The company provides balls, gears, gearboxes, and control and motion transmission parts; lifting and loading equipment; hand tools; metal structures; and barrels, tanks, metal containers, and boilers. It engages in the repair of prefabricated metal products, machinery and equipment, and electrical equipment, and other equipment; repair and maintenance of cars, motor vehicles, and other means of transport; installation of machine and industrial equipment; casting of iron, steel, and non-ferrous metals; and refining of metal powder. In addition, the company engages in the mechanical, and metal coating and treatment activities; production of basic chemicals, and concrete, plaster, cement products; manufacturing of spare parts and accessories for motor vehicles; construction of public and other civil engineering works; production of vehicles and other transport equipment, locomotives, trams, and rolling stock; and provision of forging, stamping, pressing, and laminating of metals, as well as ship and other floating structures building. Further, it is involved in the wholesale of machinery, equipment, and spare parts for mining and construction; preparation of surface; and other related technical consultancy, specialized design, and architectural activities. The company was founded in 1968 and is headquartered in Cam Pha, Vietnam.
