Takaful Islami Insurance Limited provides non-life insurance products and services in Bangladesh. The company offers fire; marine cargo and hull; motor; health and accident; and erection and contractor all risks, boiler, deterioration, machinery breakdown, and computer and electronic data processing machineries insurance services. It also provides miscellaneous insurance services, such as fidelity guarantee, burglary and housebreaking, safe deposit box, credit shield, public liability, products liability, replacement of lost card/fraud, workmen's compensation, professional indemnity, and employer's liability insurance services, as well as cash-on-counter, cash-in-safe, cash-in-transit, cash-in ATM, and cash-in BPM insurance services. The company was formerly known as Sears Insurance Company Limited and changed its name to Takaful Islami Insurance Limited in December 2001. Takaful Islami Insurance Limited was incorporated in 1999 and is headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
