Spear REIT Limited is a South Africa-based property investment company. The Company is focused on investing in real estate across all sectors within the Western Cape. Its investment portfolio is made up of approximately 32 properties comprising a mix of industrial, commercial, retail, hospitality, and real estate by gross lettable area (GLA).
