Islamic Finance and Investment Limited, a non-banking financial institution, provides various banking products and services in Bangladesh. It offers various deposits from general public, corporate bodies, governments, and semi-government institutions. The company also provides investment products, including lease financing transactions of capital goods, plants and equipment, etc. for large, medium, and small industries; real estate financing, such as house building construction, finishing and renovation, flat purchase, factory construction, commercial space, and shops purchase; trade financing; and project finance. In addition, it offers small and medium enterprise financing for the purpose of machinery raw materials/goods/commodities and/or fixed asset purchase to the small and medium sized trading, manufacturing, service, agriculture, non-farm activities, and agro based industries.
