Co's fundamental is not good. burdened with long 972.554 crore and short term loan 3214.404.TTM gross margin 27.45% - revealing poor administration and finance system. Pretax margin 1.58% and Net profit margin (0.47). Retained earning is poor 159.956 crore. All indicating negativity in terms of price is now. company increases liability as well as assets but assets perhaps is not fully utilized for productivity. but interest on loan is to be paid .Company enlarges many sub companies. Md is of Dir. of many companies like Pioneer insurance, MTB Tetly ACI (BD). frustrating involvement with this ACI
