must be protein in t- paper  ...
Wow
Not happy.  I'm trading COW.
come on for pork?
hogs should be a minimum of 65
And we are there, 70 next?
Why are Hogs getting slaughtered, it's not like people don't need food (pork) anymore?
US pork price is 40₵ versus in China $2.42, means China has 6 times more expensive pork than in US. Should be logical they buy from US since any other country has higher price than US. https://www.swineweb.com/jim-long-pork-commentary-anyone-can-raise-hogs-but-it-takes-a-near-genius-to-make-money-doing-it-february-24th-2020/
🐷🐖🐗🐽❤😁
China to offer trade war tariff exemptions on 700 US farm, medical, energy products amid coronavirus The list contains 697 products lines, from soybeans, pork, and beef, to liquefied natural gas and crude oil... https://www.scmp.com/economy/china-economy/article/3051120/china-offer-trade-war-tariff-exemptions-700-us-farm-medical
China is finally starting to give out tariff exemptions on US pork :) But Hogs still don't wanna fly.  https://english.kyodonews.net/news/2020/02/03508150d97d-urgent-china-allows-tariff-exemptions-on-696-types-of-us-goods-incl-pork.html
Out ar $68.08.....🎯👨‍🎓🤑✌
go hogs. go
Even with tariff exemptions, hogs don't wanna go up. Grilling season is starting in US as well, that should boost hogs as well? Cheaper the pork, more will people buy it.
Why is the cap so big (10) between Apr, May and Jun contracts, but not so big (1-2) between Jun, Jul and Aug contracts?
trap!!
But for real, why is there so big cap?
Pork prices are going higher even with Coronavirus outbreak, people still want to eat pork. Are we finally forming a bottom here , 63-64 area? https://www.businesstimes.com.sg/consumer/china-pork-prices-head-toward-record-high-on-supply-concerns
why all future months went up a lot and this one went down?
can we see 60 on the Feb today ?
i want to see $63.
This might actually be positive for Hogs, now chickens are being culled as well.  https://www.businessinsider.com/bird-flu-china-coronavirus-pathogenic-strain-of-h5n1-highly-2020-2
Seems nothing can move up hogs, they keep falling again.
We have fallen way below 5 year average April contract price, 61.2 now vs 68.895. Looks like a good buying opportunity, unless we fall below 60.
why price is $5 less than before a deal was made with China? didnt think China was buying much.
Seems the effect of Coronavirus on Lean Hogs is devastating. Maybe we really see 51-52?
why you say so if it recovering in premarket?
We have seen it spike up during open and then end up limit down...
if only we could source some kind of info to hint a opening direction lol
i realy dont hope so i was hoping the negative first day of chinese trading might draw it down so more equal to friday down trend.
Gap up open is sure. 60+ is inevatible
suspect it might open somewhat lower
corona effect...??
Just bought another one at $56.91....
