SpaceandPeople (LONDON:SAL) has confirmed that it is to take over the brand promotions contract for all Network Rail stations. This propels the group into a different league so far as clients and agencies are concerned. Inevitably, there are set-up costs associated with taking on the contract, with revenue starting to flow in FY16. It gives the group clear commercial endorsement, which can now be leveraged across other transport hubs. A more cautious stance on contract renewals leaves overall FY16 forecasts unchanged on the contract win. The valuation is now starting to reflect the achievement to date, but not necessarily the scale of the opportunity opened up.
