Summary I-Minerals Inc.’s (TSX VENTURE: IMA, OTCQX: IMAHF, “I-Minerals”) Bovill Kaolin deposit near Moscow, Idaho, contains four (4) readily marketable industrial minerals (quartz, potassium feldspar (“K-spar”), kaolin and halloysite). The mineral deposit was formed by a granitic intrusion, with special conditions for crystallization, accounting for the exceptional purity of minerals compared to other deposits containing deleterious elements. The deposit is at surface, with extensive weathering, resulting in the separation and formation of sand and clay minerals of differing morphology, which presents a deposit, mineable by truck and shovel mining with conventional processing, accounting for the project’s low capital and operating costs.
