Vista Pointe homes offer one and two-story homes, which can accommodate up to six bedrooms and four baths. The homes can be personalized and therefore buyers can choose lot location, floor plan, exterior elevation and décor.
Vista Pointe homes are located close to Interstate 295 and John Turner Butler Boulevard. The community is also close to Neptune, Atlantic, Jacksonville beaches, St. John’s Town Center, and the University of North Florida.
The homes are energy star certified and incorporate energy efficient and water saving features such as WaterSense labeled faucets and fixtures. These features will help homeowners to save on their utility bills over the years.
KB Home delivered impressive results during the first two quarters of 2016, surpassing the Zacks Consensus Estimate on both counts. Healthy housing industry and strong demand trends in the markets served by KB Home in the first half drove the strong results. It benefitted from strong backlogs in the previous quarters. Also, the trend of soft revenues resulting from delays in construction and lower number of homes delivered in 2015 was also reversed.
