Diodes Incorporated (NASDAQ:DIOD) is doing really well and has hit both of my targets at 31 and 35. On Thursday, it was up another 57 cents, or 1.66%, to 34.85, on 388,271 shares traded, with a 34.82 high. It’s at a really long, longer-term resistance as well. If this stock should get over the 2011 high at about 34 1/2, and if it accelerates, it could blow into the 40-dollar range pretty quickly. It could peel back here a little bit, and that’s fine, but, at this point, I would set my stops around 32.
NUTANIX, INC. (NASDAQ:NTNX) had what I thought was a positive inside day, popping 57 cents, or 2.09%, to 27.80, on 2.6 million shares traded. It looks to me like, if it can take out the recent spike high at 28.50, I’m looking at 31-2, and then 34-5 as targets. It has 5 days to cover .
Overstock.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:OSTK) continues its momentum, jumping 4.70, or 11%, to 46.05, on 4.4 million shares traded. That’s big volume, and at this point, it may be short-term extended. Looking at the longer-term chart, going way back, there’s some resistance that could back it off. If it gets through resistance, the all-time high reached in 2004 at 77. Momentum is phenomenal, and in afterhours, it’s up to 46.80. More to to? We’ll see.
Pure Storage, Inc. (NYSE:PSTG), one of swing trades, is moving. It popped 39 cents, or 2.43%, to 16.42, on 1.56 million shares traded on Thursday. If it can get above 16.64, I’m looking at 18 1/4, 19 1/2-20. It’s a nice looking chart with 7.6 days to cover .
