Proviamo a fare qualche simulazione sul titolo, considerando la sua duration e i possibili aumenti dei tassi, partendo dal prezzo di 93 del BTP: Con un aumento dei tasso dello 0.5% a gennaio, il BTP scenderà a 88.5. Con un ulteriore aumento dei tassi di uni 0.25% a marzo il BTP scenderà a 86.5. Per voi realistico un aumento dello 0.75% dei tassi da qui a primavera ?
