Investing.com – Sweden stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Technology and Consumer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 declined 0.19%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Fingerprint Cards AB ser. B (ST:FINGb), which rose 1.78% or 0.54 points to trade at 30.94 at the close. Meanwhile, Getinge AB ser. B (BS:GETIBs) added 1.45% or 2.6 points to end at 182.1 and Telia Company AB (ST:TELIA) was up 1.22% or 0.48 points to 39.73 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were AB SKF B (ST:SKFb), which fell 1.62% or 2.9 points to trade at 176.6 at the close. Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson B (ST:ERICb) declined 1.58% or 0.98 points to end at 61.12 and Lundin Petroleum AB (ST:LUPE) was down 1.55% or 2.70 points to 172.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 350 to 346 and 95 ended unchanged.
Shares in Getinge AB ser. B (BS:GETIBs) rose to 52-week highs; up 1.45% or 2.6 to 182.1.
Crude oil for July delivery was up 0.98% or 0.48 to $49.38 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 0.68% or 0.35 to hit $51.81 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.78% or 9.82 to trade at $1266.22 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.28% to 9.7105, while USD/SEK rose 0.07% to 8.6928.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.26% at 97.39.
