Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Telecoms & IT, Energy & Utilities and Financial Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 0.36%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Herfy Food Services Co (SE:6002), which rose 6.57% or 4.00 points to trade at 64.90 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Research and Marketing Group (SE:4210) added 4.19% or 7.00 points to end at 174.00 and Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. (SE:2160) was up 2.92% or 0.70 points to 24.68 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Banque Saudi Fransi (SE:1050), which fell 3.24% or 1.35 points to trade at 40.35 at the close. Dr Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group (SE:4013) declined 2.78% or 4.80 points to end at 168.00 and Al Moammar Information Systems Co CJSC (SE:7200) was down 2.31% or 3.60 points to 152.40.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 106 to 89 and 15 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.23% or 0.19 to $83.95 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 0.20% or 0.17 to hit $85.34 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 1.19% or 21.45 to trade at $1785.35 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.01% to 4.3534, while USD/SAR fell 0.01% to 3.7506.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.05% at 93.852.
