Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Biomed, Oil & Gas and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 declined 0.18%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Corp Ltd (TASE:BEZQ), which rose 3.41% or 17.50 points to trade at 531.00 at the close. Meanwhile, OPC Energy Ltd (TASE:OPCE) added 3.34% or 79.00 points to end at 2,432.00 and Big Shopping Centers Ltd (TASE:BIG) was up 2.39% or 730.00 points to 31,210.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were NICE Ltd (TASE:NICE), which fell 2.61% or 1,800.00 points to trade at 67,460.00 at the close. Nova (TASE:NVMI) declined 2.21% or 960.00 points to end at 42,660.00 and Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:ENOG) was down 1.66% or 92.00 points to 5,444.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 235 to 217 and 92 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.54% or 0.49 to $91.07 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 0.40% or 0.38 to hit $94.81 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.03% or 0.65 to trade at $1,954.05 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was unchanged 0.13% to 3.81, while EUR/ILS fell 0.21% to 4.07.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.05% at 104.80.
