Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Communication, Real Estate and Biomed sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 rose 0.46%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd (TASE:ENLT), which rose 4.91% or 299.00 points to trade at 6,389.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Shikun & Binui (TASE:SKBN) added 4.65% or 37.30 points to end at 840.00 and Ormat Technologies (TASE:ORA) was up 3.63% or 880.00 points to 25,150.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Sapiens International Corporation NV (TASE:SPNS), which fell 3.93% or 450.00 points to trade at 11,000.00 at the close. NICE Ltd (TASE:NICE) declined 1.30% or 1,080.00 points to end at 82,300.00 and Strauss Group (TASE:STRS) was down 1.15% or 80.00 points to 6,900.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 233 to 223 and 83 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for June delivery was down 0.28% or 0.22 to $78.78 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 0.05% or 0.04 to hit $83.40 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.01% or 0.15 to trade at $2,310.85 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.59% to 3.73, while EUR/ILS fell 0.82% to 3.98.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.01% at 105.64.
