Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Healthcare and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 1.43%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb), which rose 0.63% or 4.5 points to trade at 719.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK) added 0.11% or 0.4 points to end at 368.8 and Nets A/S (CO:NETS) was up 0.08% or 0.10 points to 123.30 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which fell 3.65% or 24.0 points to trade at 633.0 at the close. Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb) declined 2.64% or 8.0 points to end at 294.6 and Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) was down 2.33% or 6.8 points to 285.2.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 73 to 37 and 20 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 0.54% or 0.24 to $44.49 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 0.26% or 0.12 to hit $46.88 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 1.54% or 19.68 to trade at $1256.22 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.66% to 6.6722, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4362.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.59% at 97.48.
