Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Consumer Goods and Oil & Gas sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.55%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Genmab (CO:GEN), which rose 1.82% or 25.0 points to trade at 1402.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) added 1.43% or 4.3 points to end at 305.0 and Dong Energy A/S (CO:DENERG) was up 1.27% or 3.20 points to 255.20 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which fell 3.14% or 28.5 points to trade at 880.5 at the close. Nets A/S (CO:NETS) declined 3.00% or 3.80 points to end at 123.00 and Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE) was down 1.64% or 3.9 points to 234.5.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 78 to 48 and 15 ended unchanged.
Shares in Genmab (CO:GEN) rose to all time highs; gaining 1.82% or 25.0 to 1402.0. Shares in Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) rose to all time highs; rising 1.43% or 4.3 to 305.0.
Crude oil for March delivery was down 1.08% or 0.58 to $53.25 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 1.36% or 0.77 to hit $56.04 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.90% or 10.95 to trade at $1231.75 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.39% to 6.9248, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4364.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.33% at 100.02.
