Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Consumer Goods, Financials and Oil & Gas sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 0.84% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Genmab (COP:GEN), which rose 2.66% or 14.5 points to trade at 560.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Carlsberg A/S B (COP:CARLb) added 2.36% or 14.5 points to end at 630.0 and FLSmidth & Co. (COP:FLS) was up 2.29% or 6.5 points to 290.9 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were TDC A/S (COP:TDC), which fell 0.29% or 0.15 points to trade at 52.30 at the close. A.P. Moller - Maersk A (COP:MAERSKa) declined 0.23% or 30 points to end at 13240 and Novozymes B (COP:NZYMb) was down 0.22% or 0.7 points to 322.9.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 98 to 59 and 6 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for June delivery was up 0.17% or 0.10 to $57.25 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in June fell 0.16% or 0.10 to hit $65.17 a barrel, while the June Gold contract rose 2.43% or 28.60 to trade at $1203.60 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.41% to 6.8326, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4608.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.42% at 96.66.
