- Acxiom (NASDAQ:ACXM) has slipped 1.4% after hours after posting fiscal Q3 earnings where revenues missed expectations but profits beat with the help of growth in its Connectivity segment.
- "While revenue in Audience Solutions was softer than expected, we continue to be pleased with our ongoing ability to generate meaningful cash flows in both Marketing Services and Audience Solutions," says CEO Scott Howe.
- Operating income rose 14% on a non-GAAP basis to about $38M. Operating cash flow was $44M vs. a prior-year $49M.
- Free cash flow to equity was $27M (flat); on a trailing-12-months basis, it improved to $67M from $53M.
- Revenue by segment: Marketing Services, $94.46M (down 6.6%); Audience Solutions, $84.4M (up 1.2%); Connectivity, $55.98M (up 44.5%).
- For 2018, it's guiding to revenues of $910M-$915M (up 6% Y/Y on adjusted basis, but below consensus for $922.2M) and non-GAAP EPS of $0.85-$0.89 (up 20-25%, and above consensus for $0.82).
