Investment Strategy

The Voya Core Plus Fixed Income Strategy invests cash securities (and related derivatives) in all benchmark eligible sectors in the Bloomberg Barclays Aggregate Bond Index (e.g., Treasuries, Government-Related, Corporates, Securitized). The strategy also invests in High Yield, Emerging Market hard currency sovereigns and corporates of all ratings, Non-Agency RMBS, CRTs, CLOs and Non-U.S. Dollar denominated bonds from developed and emerging markets and is limited to 20% max in below investment grade. The dynamic investment process balances the incorporation of macro themes throughout the decision-making process with rigorous bottom-up fundamental analysis inputs.
