Investment Strategy

The Fund primarily invests in global listed REITs and real estate securities that derive most of their returns from rental income. The Fund’s investments provide exposure to a range of underlying real estate from around the world including office buildings, shopping centres, industrial warehouses, residential communities, hotels and healthcare facilities. The Fund may also have exposure to companies which undertake activities such as real estate development, real estate construction contracting and real estate funds management activities.

Andrew is also a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, and a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

He also worked as an Equities Research Analyst at BBY, and a Capital Transactions executive at Lend Lease. While at Lend Lease, Marco worked on real estate projects in Japan and Singapore.

Biography	Jan joined Resolution Capital in 2007 as a Senior Analyst, and was promoted to Global Portfolio Manager in January 2010. Jan has over 13 years experience in global real estate markets and brings a wide range of skills to Resolution Capital. Jan has previously worked as an Analyst for LaSalle Investment Management in the Netherlands.
