Investment Strategy

The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of companies with medium market capitalizations at the time of purchase. It invests in value equity securities, an investment strategy that emphasizes buying equity securities that appear to be undervalued.

Biography As CEO and President, Mr. Allen is responsible for implementing the Mission, Vision and business strategies across the organization. During his years as Wilshire Asset Management's Director of Research, Mr. Borger developed both Wilshire's Style Metric model and one of the industry's first style based portfolio management products. Mr. Borger and the firm’s Chairman have worked closely together in both product development and asset management for over twenty years. Prior to joining Wilshire, Mr. Borger was head of Quantitative Investment Methods and manager of the Equity Index Fund for the Trust Division at the National Bank of Detroit.
