Investment Strategy
The Fund’s investment objective is long term growth of capital. It pursues its objective by investing at least 80% of its net asset value in a equities (also known as company shares) of small- and mid-sized US Companies whose market capitalization, at the time of initial purchase, is less than the 12-month average of the maximum market capitalization of companies included in the Russell 2500 Value Index with the potential for long-term growth of capital using a “value” approach.
