Investment Strategy

The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of issuers domiciled outside the U.S. The adviser utilizes a "multi-manager" approach whereby the fund's assets are allocated to one or more sub-advisers, in percentages determined at the discretion of the fund's investment advisers. The fund may invest in companies of any size located in a number of countries throughout the world but primarily invests in companies domiciled in developed markets. It may invest up to 40% of its net assets in issuers domiciled in emerging markets.

Howard went on to have an 8-year tenure at ABN AMRO and in 2002 became part of the Northern Cross group as an analyst. In 2003, he became a founding partner and portfolio manager for Northern Cross, LLC. He is a graduate of the University of Exeter, Exeter, England and is a CFA charterholder.
