Investment Strategy

The Sub-Fund invests predominantly in a diversified portfolio comprised of equities and/or other Transferable Securities (warrants on Transferable Securities – up to a maximum of 10% of the net assets of the Sub-Fund – and convertible bonds) issued by selected companies. The Sub-Fund uses active management to target companies with a sustainable business models, focusing on products and services delivered, with deviation limits relative to the Index. The Sub-Fund also aims for lower carbon footprint than the Index. Its composition will materially deviate from the Index.
