Investment Strategy

The Fund’s investment objective is to seek long term capital appreciation, measured in U.S. Dollars, by investing primarily in securities issued by companies on a global basis. Under normal market conditions, the Fund’s investment objective will be pursued by investing primarily in equity securities of established and emerging companies. The investment process will emphasize a bottom-up stock selection process, seeking attractive investments on an individual company basis. In selecting securities for investment, the Investment Adviser typically invests in unique companies it believes have and sustainable competitive advantages with above average business visibility, the ability to deploy capital at high rates of return, strong balance sheets and an attractive risk/ reward.
