Investment Strategy

The investment seeks current income and capital appreciation. The fund, under normal market conditions, invests at least 80% of its assets (net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in a portfolio of master limited partnerships ("MLPs") and MLP-related investments. "MLPs" are generally treated as partnerships for U.S. federal income tax purposes and are generally organized under state law as limited partnerships or limited liability companies. The fund may invest in companies of any market capitalization size. It is non-diversified.

Swank founded Swank Capital in 2001 and its wholly owned SEC-registered investment adviser in 2003. He has over 40 years of experience in investment management and research analysis. Mr. Swank was formerly President and CEO of John S. Herold, Inc, an oil and gas research/consulting company (now part of IHS Markit). He spent 14 years with CS First Boston, where he was a Director and Southwestern Regional Sales Manager. He worked seven years as a buy-side analyst and portfolio manager. Prior to joining John S. Herold, Inc., Mr. Swank held institutional equity and fixed-income sales roles at Credit Suisse First Boston and served as an analyst and portfolio manager with Mercantile Texas Corp. Kevin joined Cushing in 2006, where his roles included research and portfolio management for the firm’s MLP-related funds. Prior to that, he was a Senior Equity Research Associate at RBC Capital Markets with sector coverage responsibilities spanning oilfield services, exploration and production (E&P), alternative energy, and master limited partnerships (MLP). He has worked in the financial services and energy industries since 2000. Kevin earned a B.S. in Economics with Financial Applications and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University. He is also a CFA charterholder and member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute.

Biography He joined Cushing in 2006 and is currently a Partner and Portfolio Manager. Cushing® is a registered service mark of Swank Capital, LLC. Prior to joining Swank Capital, LLC in 2006, Mr. Spears was a Principal at Banc of America Securities, LLC within the Natural Resources Group from 1998 to 2006. Mr. Spears was with Salomon Smith Barney Group in the Global Energy and Power Investment Banking Group from 1995 to 1998. Mr. Spears has extensive experience providing financial and strategic advice to public and private companies in all sectors of the natural resources industry. Mr. Spears received his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1995.

Mr. Cryer received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
