Biography Shu-Yang Tan, CFA, is a Senior Portfolio Manager on the Global Credit team. He is part of the leadership team responsible for managing corporate credit across the group’s portfolios and is also a member of the Investment Policy and Credit Committees. Biography Mr. Jacob is a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager on the Global Credit team and also a member of the Investment Policy Committee. As the Co-Chair of the Credit Committee, Mr. Jacob is responsible for corporate credit investments across all the group’s portfolios as well as dedicated corporate investment grade, high yield and bank loan strategies. Prior to joining MacKay Shields, Ms. Wilson-Elizondo was a Manager, Senior Trader, and ETF Trader at Vanguard, managing corporate credit for Vanguard’s index funds and with responsibilities in index management ETF construction and trading (2008 – 2015). Ms. Wilson-Elizondo received a BA from Haverford College.

Biography Joe joined MacKay Shields in August 2013 as a Director within the Global Fixed Income Team. Prior to joining MacKay, Joe worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management for three years as a High Yield Analyst and also had portfolio management responsibilities for the corporate allocation of the Strategic Income strategy. From 2007 to 2010, he worked as a Research Analyst for Silvermine Capital where his primary focus was bank loans. Earlier in his career, he worked at Morgan Stanley as a Credit Analyst. Joe received a BA in Spanish from Georgetown University and his MBA from Columbia Business School. He has been in the financial services industry since 2002.

Previously, he was an Analyst at BlackRock and a sell-side Analyst at Grantchester Securities where he was ranked by Institutional Investor as the #1 analyst in the wireless telecommunications sector for 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002. Eric received a BA from Vassar College and an MBA from New York University. He has been working in the investment industry since 1987.
