Biography Jay L. Rosenberg entered the financial services industry in 1995. John has also appeared on a number of business programs for CNBC TV’s “Squawk Box” and Bloomberg TV. John’s background features a unique blend of nearly four decades of experience in public policy, urban planning, real estate finance and valuation, and portfolio management. In 1973, he began working for the city of St. Paul’s finance department, serving in a number of roles in property assessment and valuation, planning and economic development.
