Investment Strategy

1. At least 50% of the fund's assets should be exposed to shares included in the NASDAQ 100 Index ""as published From time to time (the ""NASDAQ 100 Index""). 2. Exposure of the fund's assets to shares should not exceed 120% of the net value of the fund assets. 3. Foreign currency exposure of the fund's assets should not exceed 120% of the net value of the fund assets. 4. The goal of the fund is to achieve similar results, as much as possible, to the rates of changes in the NASDAQ 100, Given the rate changes of the U.S. dollar. 5. Exposure of the fund's assets to non- investment grade bonds should not exceed 120% of the net value of the fund assets.
