The Fund aims to deliver an income with the potential to increase the value of investor's investment. Biography Tim Foster is a Portfolio Manager within Fidelity's London-based fixed income team. He manages over $10bn of money market and short term bond funds. He holds an IMC and is authorised as a Securities Representative and Futures and Options Representative by the SFA.

Biography Bea Rodriguez, Managing Director, is a senior member of the Non-Dollar Cash team within Trading & Liquidity Strategies Group. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2009, Ms. Rodriguez was with Fidelity International Investments, most recently as a sterling high grade portfolio manager and rates specialist, and previously as a manager of institutional and retail sterling money market funds as well as short duration strategies. Ms. Rodriguez was also a portfolio manager at Deutsche Bank AG from 2000 to 2003 where she headed up the cash reinvestment process for the securities lending desk as well as overseeing the launch and investments of Deutsche Banks offshore UCITs money market funds. She began her career at J.P. Morgan Investment Management in 1994. Ms. Rodriguez earned a BSc degree in management sciences from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences in 1993.

Biography Alex has been with Fidelity since 1996, and has been employed as a portfolio manager since 1997. Prior to this Paul was employed in the following roles: Fixed Income Quant Analyst , Fidelity Investments (1996–1997) / Fixed Income Quant Analyst , Natwest Markets Ltd (1994–1996) / Fixed Income Quant Analyst, Lehman Brothers (1990–1994) / Research analyst, Manufacturers Hanover Ltd (1987 – 1990). Alex has earnt a MA and M.Eng from Cambridge University. He has 15 years investment experience.
