Biography	Espen Skagen works as a portfolio manager in the Global Fixed Income and FX group. Espen was hired by DNB in April 2012, previously Espen worked over 10 years for Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM), with, amongst other thing, rebalancing the portfolios, managing the monthly transfer from the Ministry of Finance and managing several fixed income portfolios in different currencies. Espen Skagen holds a MSc in Finance from CASS university in London and a BSc in Banking and Finance from BI, Oslo.
